Return and refund policy

At GiftedPouch, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
