1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or peak seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- Australia: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Rest of World: 14–20 business days

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We may not be able to recover the package once shipped.
- Reshipping fees may apply if the order is returned or needs to be resent.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check the tracking information provided.
- Contact your local courier service.
- Reach out to our support team for assistance.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
9. Split Shipments
Depending on product availability and supplier locations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations where shipping may be unavailable or restricted.
